Didn’t have cash for payment while traveling South Bay Expressway? Pay-by-Plate is the easy way to pay your toll if you don’t have a FasTrak account and didn’t pay by cash or credit card at the toll plaza or at one of our automated cash or credit card machines. You can use our Pay-by-Plate payment option on this Web site, by bringing in or mailing your payment to our offices at 1129 La Media Road, San Diego, CA 92154 or by calling (619) 661-7070 during normal business hours. Please note that the Pay-by-Plate toll schedule is $2 higher than using our automated cash or credit card machines and that if your Pay-by-Plate toll payment is not received within four business days by any of the options listed, there is a $60 minimum penalty. Important Information about our Customer Service Center
The Customer Service Center will be temporarily closed Wednesday, October 7, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. for team training. We will reopen at 11:00 a.m. for both walk-in and telephone customers. Normal business hours will resume on the next business day, Thursday, October 8, 2015. We apologize for any inconvenience.
